A leading UK bank is seeking a motivated and dynamic Head of Specialist Lending to join their Birmingham team. This role will involve collaborating with teams across the organization and taking ownership of the product strategy within Specialist Lending.
THE ROLE
- Lead the product strategy and drive changes across brands and propositions within Specialist Lending.
- Innovate strategies to expand into new markets, achieving strong market penetration and commercial success.
- Design and implement exceptional customer journeys.
- Oversee the management and development of application channels for all brands in the Specialist Lending segment.
- Develop product strategies, including pricing, feature enhancements, and acquisition channel management, ensuring alignment with stakeholder approvals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive knowledge of the general mortgage and specialist lending markets.
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven record of successful business case development.
- Experience working within a product risk environment.
