Harnham is collaborating with a FinTech start-up that is planning to launch this year. As the first Product hire, you will be responsible for managing the entire product cycle, from conceptualizing the product to introducing it to the market, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce valuable outcomes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Head of Product, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and executing a strategic Product Roadmap from the ideation to product launch
  • Maintaining the vision of all products
  • Making informed product decisions and leading the product team
  • Identifying prospective products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies and pricing
  • Ensuring seamless user experience and customer satisfaction through customer lifecycle techniques to convert one-time buyers into repeat customers
  • Identifying and managing new and existing product partnerships
  • Selecting and implementing relevant ideas into product features
  • Recruiting, training, and managing the product team Integrating key feedback and requests into product planning and development processes
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

While not required, we are seeking candidates with the following experience:

  • A cooperative and motivated team player, who can serve as a crucial member of the senior team
  • Experience with Payment Systems and implementing products within them 10+ years of experience in a Senior Digital Banking Product Management position, preferably in the UK/Europe and India
  • Experience with creating and executing a successful Product Vision
  • Proven track record of handling Current and Savings Account products, Cards and payments, and familiarity with the Indian payment system
  • Experience in managing data analytics
  • Understanding of UX techniques and working with Product Designers to achieve excellent UX design
  • Successfully launched and sustained a product(s)
  • A champion of Product Management discipline, internally and externally
  • Experience in managing Customer Lifecycle management and Behavioral analytics

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

The interview process has three stages, all can be conducted remotely. The process includes an interview with the hiring manager and other stakeholders, and a task interview.
