A tech-driven and innovative lender are looking for a commercially minded individual to lead the pricing team, providing strategic foresight across various departments, and spearheading commercial initiatives with the acquisition funnel.
THE COMPANY
The business is a lean, collaborative fintech who have strong financial backing, providing a range of consumer finance solutions. This company have scaled up considerably in the past year and are looking to continue this growth into 2025 with this role.
THE ROLE
- Owning and managing the acquisition funnel, providing data-driven, strategic enhancements to existing policies, and developing new strategies.
- Provide leadership and strategic foresight for all teams within pricing and credit risk analytics
- Ensuring an effective and robust process management system
- Currently managing a team of three direct reports and getting hands-on with the analytics where appropriate.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience with both Credit Risk analytics and Commercial/Pricing analytics.
- Originations/Acquisitions strategy experience within an unsecured portfolio
- Strong personal drive and commercial mindset
- Experience working with the acquisition funnel is desirable
- Experience working in a Fintech environment

BENEFITS
