- Ensuring appropriate governance for models and their outputs, actively seeking to mitigate or eliminate risks upon identifying weaknesses in either the methodology or processes.
- Developing new analytics dashboards and Management Information (MI) reports by leveraging new tools and data sources.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a financial or banking service, ideally within credit risk.
- Good understanding of IFRS 9 models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in SAS.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?
The Salesforce Engineering Manager will be responsible for the following:

The ideal Salesforce Engineering Manager will likely have:
- Expertise as a technical leader and SME in Salesforce (Service, Sales, Marketing Clouds, etc)
- Maintained technical skills for writing and reading code (Apex, SFDX, Lightning components, etc.)
- Previous experience having worked on a large-scale Salesforce engineering/development project
- Different working methodologies, preferably comfortable working in an agile culture
- Deep understanding of how to translate product and business goals into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and agencies

Day to day this will involve:
- Funnel analysis using SQL on views, click-through, and conversion on the product.
- Develop presentations to create compelling and accurate data stories that you will be presenting to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
