This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business in the iGaming space. As a media business, they have over 105 million customers globally and offer customer analytics and insights solutions to a wide array of businesses within the space. If you have experience working in the iGaming space as a transformational data leader, then this role could be a good next step for you!
The Role
As the Head of Analytics, you will be:
- Leading the analytics chapter across a team of analysts as well as supporting engineering, data science and analytics - aiming to make data more accessible throughout the organisation and industry by providing and delivering better insights.
- Championing data and data initiatives across the business by using data as a strategic asset whilst being able to be hands on to transform them to a data driven company.
- Improving data infrastructure in order to better improve future data insights.
- Creating growth through global expansion, expanding to additional marketing channels.
Skills & Experience
Our client are looking for candidates with:
- Industry experience within the iGaming space.
- Leadership experience, managing crossfunctional data teams.
- Hands on experience and a technical background across data and being able to work closely alongside Data Scientists and Data Engineers.

About the Role
This role involves leading and managing data governance activities across the organization, with a focus on improving data quality and managing key information assets. The goal is to enhance the overall data and governance maturity of the company. The individual in this role will ensure adherence to the enterprise data governance framework, which covers data policies, standards, and practices, in order to achieve the necessary levels of consistency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
- Training and educating data stewards and owners on data governance and quality management practices through the governance framework.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings across business areas for onboarding, improvement, and raising the profile of data governance.
- Assisting in managing the data quality roadmap.
