Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work on both front-end and back-end development, creating scalable and efficient web applications. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to develop features from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications.
- Build and enhance front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Develop back-end services and APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design and optimize data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality of code.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong experience with back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Java) and frameworks.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The individual in this role will ensure adherence to the enterprise data governance framework, which covers data policies, standards, and practices, in order to achieve the necessary levels of consistency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
- Training and educating data stewards and owners on data governance and quality management practices through the governance framework.
