THE ROLE
- Develop and Execute Fraud Prevention Strategies: Design, implement, and oversee fraud detection and prevention strategies across various banking channels to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze and Monitor Trends: Utilize data analytics and intelligence to identify emerging fraud trends, vulnerabilities, and potential threats, proactively updating strategies to address these changes.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Risk, Compliance, IT, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless integration of fraud prevention measures within operational processes.
- Manage Fraud Detection Technologies: Oversee the implementation and optimization of fraud detection tools, software, and data models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fraud detection tools and data analytics platforms; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
