THE COMPANY
This dynamic and fast-paced lender is seeking a driven and experienced individual to join their team and own their Decision Science and Lending Strategy functions, You'd work on predictive models using cutting-edge Machine Learning techniques as well as wider credit risk analytics and strategy.
THE ROLE
- Work across a range of credit models within the business, predominantly scorecards and broader decisioning models
- Using innovative machine learning techniques to further enhance the model suite and drive profitability across the business
- Own the deployment and implementation of predictive models across the product suite
- Lead lending strategy development, using Open Banking data to drive profitability and enhance performance of the book
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Essential to have experience developing predictive models within a Credit Risk setting, though you don't have to currently be hands-on with this
- SQL experience is essential, Python is desirable
- Must have experience within Consumer Lending and a strong understanding of the credit lifecycle
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work across multiple projects, in a FinTech
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Base salary from £100-170,000 depending on experience
