An exciting scale-up in the Bio-Tech space is hiring for a Director of Data Management to lead on the implementation of effective Data Management & Governance frameworks, to support the growth of the business in line with their Data Strategy.
THE COMPANY:
This Bio-Tech is at the forefront of technology, using modern Data Science techniques to facilitate and push forward the pharmaceutical industry. They're looking for proper Data Management to drive forward their growth organically.
THE ROLE:
As a Director of Data Management you will be responsible for designing & delivering the Data Management strategy, implementing rules and measures for the wider transformational piece.
In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Defining & Executing a long-term Data Strategy
- Working with highly advanced scientific Stakeholders to understand business processes & data needs
- Providing leadership on Data Management, taking into account the highly complex datasets
- Advising senior leadership teams, providing insight and recommendations for data-driven decisions
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful Director of Data Management will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience leading on Data Strategy decisions
- Strong recent experience of delivering Data Management & Governance frameworks for a complex organisation
- A background in, and solid understanding of, Bio-Technology and Pharmaceuticals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with complex, scientific individuals
THE BENEFITS:
The successful Director of Data Management will receive a salary of at least £120,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and a host of other benefits.

The Role

- Analysing and supporting new fraud trends being seen by the investigators
