THE ROLE
This is a great step up for someone currently doing channel-level reporting or performance marketing analytics who wants to move into a broader, more strategic role. You'll be turning marketing and performance data into insight, not just dashboards. Day-to-day, you'll:
- Analyse data from GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, and social platforms
- Build and deliver marketing performance dashboards in Power BI / Looker / Excel
- Present insights and recommendations back to clients
- Partner with account and media teams to improve marketing effectiveness

About the Role
A leading London-based private healthcare provider is looking for a Digital Marketing & Website Manager to take full ownership of their digital presence. With a brand-new website launching early 2025, this is a high-impact role for someone who loves combining hands-on digital execution with technical website management.
You’ll work across marketing, product and development teams, manage agency partners, and drive performance across all digital channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Website Management & Optimisation

Own the website end-to-end (Contentful).

Lead UAT, regression testing and analytics setup.

Analyse performance, run A/B tests and drive CRO.

Collaborate with product and dev teams on UX/functionality improvements.
Digital Marketing Delivery
-
Manage SEO, PPC, paid social and web agencies.

Deliver campaigns across paid and organic channels.

Shape user journeys and support broader marketing strategy.
Analytics & Reporting

Use GA4, GTM, HubSpot and Hotjar to track performance.

Build dashboards, tagging frameworks and conversion reporting.

Provide clear, actionable insights on spend and results.
Ownership & Collaboration

Confidently work with senior stakeholders.

Proactive, ideas-led and able to run with projects from day one.
What They’re Looking For
-
~5 years’ digital marketing experience.
-
Strong technical skills in website management & analytics.
-
Comfortable managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
-
Experience with Contentful, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Hotjar, A/B testing.

Service-sector background helpful (healthcare not essential).

Confident, data-driven, and hands-on.
