Dans un contexte de transformation technologique et de migration de PHP vers Java, vous intégrerez une équipe de 10 personnes. Sous la responsabilité du CTO et du tech lead, vous serez au cœur des projets techniques de l'entreprise.

VOTRE PROFIL
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience idéalement sur des applications mobiles à fort traffic

- Vous comprenez le code en Scala, et des connaissances en React ou Angular seront de véritables atouts pour ce poste

They are looking for their first Director of AI to build machine learning models and help support efforts in advising clients on strategy transformation. You will leverage NLP and machine learning skills, working directly with internal and external clients to advance their business processes. This is a hands-on position, which will grow the team over the next year.
THE ROLE
- Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions for clients through ML-based initiatives.
- Work on initiatives across investment risk, compliance, and internal company AI automation
- Build out machine learning/LLM products in the first several months with the opportunity to build out an AI team around you.
- Support clients in developing and monitoring KPIs through NLP/LLM and ML solutions that align with project demands.
- Create solutions for clients to remain competitive in their respective industries through the use of NLP/LLM to leverage new customer opportunities.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Director of AI will likely have the following skills and experience:
- 7+ commercial years of experience
