Salary: £75,000 + 10% bonus, 25 days plus bank holidays
Location: Mostly remote, with flexibility to go in the office once every 2 weeks

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the pricing team to design and develop models for pricing and demand forecasting.
- Join a highly skilled team, undergoing the full lifecycle ranging from model development all the way to deployment.
- Interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, generating insights and reporting on key decisions. The opportunity to communicate with a diverse group of people.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Experienced in Data Science with specialisation in pricing or demand forecasting.
- 4+ years of Data Science experience.
- Highly skilled in Python and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and can work on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder collaboration. Ability to interact with different groups of people
- Demonstrated and focused on their impact and adding value in businesses.

Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
