The Company

A market-leading, AI-driven search intelligence platform focused on helping enterprise brands and agencies reduce paid search costs, protect brand equity, and stay ahead of competitor movements is seeking a Data Product Manager! Their patented technology delivers transparency and actionable insights to marketing teams that operate in the largely blind world of paid search auctions; trusted by hundreds of global brands, they've built a business where data science meets marketing performance, delivering intelligent, automated insights that transform how customers approach search!

The Role

This is a strategic and highly technical Data Product Manager role, sitting within the Product team and reporting directly to the Product Lead. You'll drive the evolution of the company's data platform and machine learning ecosystem, which underpins its core search intelligence products. You'll manage the roadmap for data integrity, quality, and scalability, working closely with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure the underlying data models and pipelines deliver reliable, actionable insights for customers.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Own and evolve the data platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Oversee the performance, quality, and cost-efficiency of large-scale data workflows
  • Partner with engineers and data scientists to improve ML model performance and predictive accuracy
  • Ensure high-quality data powering AI-driven search and GenAI initiatives
  • Manage complex, distributed data systems (Spark, Cassandra, Redshift)
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to turn technical data insights into business value

Your Skills & Experience

You'll come from a technical background, with prior experience working as a Data Scientist or in Product Analytics, and having now transitioned into product management. You're comfortable operating at scale in data-heavy or AI/ML-driven environments, and you know how to talk to engineers as peers; you're hands-on, collaborative, and able to own initiatives from discovery through delivery. You care about data quality, cost, and performance; not just delivery.

You'll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in data-focused product management
  • Strong foundation in data systems, pipelines, and architecture
  • Proven experience owning and delivering a data product roadmap
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL (comfortable reading/writing code even if not executing daily)
  • Experience working closely with data engineering and data science teams
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Start-up/scale-up experience preferrable (not essential)
