LONDON (CENTRAL)

The role of a Customer Insight Analyst will be working to provide this company with in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, looking specifically at customer data across the entire business.

THE COMPANY

The successful Customer Insight Analyst will be working for a leading tech platform, with the option to work a hybrid policy. This company wishes to increase their understanding of its customer's behaviour through in-depth analysis, learning about customer interactions at multiple touchpoints. This Customer Insight Analyst will be working with a huge range of stakeholders, delivering key insights to drive sales and improve operational effectiveness.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will be looking at customer and sales data from across the business whilst being responsible for identifying channel-specific customer trends.

Your focus as a Customer Insight Analyst will be to drive retention, growth and development whilst working with stakeholders across the business at all levels, but predominantly with Product, Marketing, Retail and Customer in order to improve the understanding of this company's customers.

More specifically, in this role you can expect to be doing the following:

  • Benchmarking for how customer data is used and manipulated
  • Creation of customer-related KPI's
  • Using SQL to analyse data, covering projects such as LTV, Churn, Campaign ROI
  • Evaluation of both post-campaign and post-launch
  • Creation of dashboards and reports to help drive/support actionable insight
  • Behavioural modelling and segmentation analysis

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Customer Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Advanced skills SQL
  • Shown experience or interest in visualising data using Looker (or similar, e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc) when required to aid delivery of insight
  • Significant experience working with customer/sales data
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders

THE BENEFITS

The successful Customer Insight Analyst will receive a salary between £45,000 and £60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
