Role Overview: As a CRO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' digital performance. You will be responsible for analysing user behavior, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimise conversion rates. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work one day a week in a London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square.
- Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of optimisation initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CRO Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and user experience principles.
