The Company
We're supporting a UK-wide retail and hospitality business scaling their in-house CRM capability. The brand is investing heavily in its data and CRM infrastructure, aiming to build high-performing campaigns that are accurate, responsive, and customer-focused.
The Role
This role is perfect for someone passionate about the deployment side of CRM campaigns. You'll join a centralised CRM team, taking ownership of campaign deployment, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, at pace, and in alignment with data regulations and segmentation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CRM campaigns using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Liquid.
- Ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and meet regional or business segmentation requirements.
- Work closely with wider CRM, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Troubleshoot and ensure correct data flows across systems.
- Collaborate with agency partners where necessary.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding skills.
- Experience deploying CRM campaigns.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or Bloomreach.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
Desirable:
- Exposure to Liquid coding (Braze specific).
- Background in retail or marketing agency environments.
- Understanding of campaign data flows and logic-based segmentation.

The brief
A global marketing-data organisation is upgrading the engine that matches millions of survey invitations to the right respondents. Your task: treat the matching pipeline as a full-scale optimisation problem and raise both accuracy and yield.
Core responsibilities
