THE ROLE- Analytics Associate

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Experience leveraging SQL from a hands-on perspective is needed.
- Deep understanding of using raw data to draw insights, including the entirety of the Data & Analytics landscape.
- Great communication skills and the ability to communicate trend analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ample experience utilizing dashboarding tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Looker etc.
- Previous experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and dbt highly preferred.

This is one of the most critical hires at the company, working directly alongside the co-founders to define and build the ML foundation for next-generation signal processing technology.
The Role
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the design and deployment of ML models tailored for constrained embedded environments. You will drive experimentation, develop novel datasets, and apply advanced signal processing techniques to enhance real-time wireless analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize ML models for embedded systems and signal-processing applications
- Design and implement data pipelines, enabling scalable model training and validation
- Work hands-on with radio signal processing data, Nvidia TensorRT, and CUDA for real-time ML inference
- Develop and refine experimental frameworks to support cutting-edge research in spectral data analysis
