THE ROLE

Within this role you will be part of the wider strategy team. You can expect to work on:

  • Portfolio monitoring and analysis, using this to investigate portfolio performance and trends and drive insight based on this
  • Implementation of strategies across the portfolio, and working with the wider team to set credit strategies including on limits and affordability
  • Reporting across wider credit teams and with stakeholders
  • Working on broader business strategy, taking a wider role in the expansion of the company and existing customer base
  • Opportunity to take on ad hoc tasks and projects as part of the team's wider work

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of and experience working with SQL
  • Experience in developing strategies in the credit risk space, for example on acquisitions, pricing or affordability
  • Experience in communicating to stakeholders and collaborating with team members
  • Prior experience in direct line management
