Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager

£55,000 + 10% Bonus

An innovative and dynamic brand in the Healthcare and Leisure industry has recently pivoted its philosophy and is now putting Data & Analytics at the forefront of its business decisions. They are hiring for a CRO Manager to optimise Web, App, and Digital Marketing Campaign performance, and are looking for someone to own and develop an Optimisation function.

A leader in the industry, after opening a plethora of locations across the UK, they are now looking to pivot and utilise the plethora of Data that they are collecting through their Website, App, and Digital Marketing channels to lead on maximising ROI, customer retention, and new customer engagement.

With a centralised Analytics function covering, Product, Analytics, and eCommerce, the CRO Manager would predominantly sit within the eCommerce area but would have great visibility and communication across all teams.

Role

You would be the first hire within CRO for the brand, and would have initially 5 key responsibilities:

  • Optimising their eCommerce platform
  • Working with Marketing teams to increase Customer Engagement from Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Helping reduce Customer drop-off rates on their App.
  • Lead on Personalisation across the brand's Digital Real Estate
  • Work closely with the Membership teams to increase existing customer ROI

You would also help lead on new CRO tool implementation, in the face of Google Optimize sunsetting.

Skills Needed

  • Experience in a Conversion Rate Optimisation focused position
  • Google Optimize/VWO/ABTasty/Adobe Target/Optimizely experience

Salary and Benefits

  • The successful candidate will get a base salary of up to £55,000

  • Initial conversation with the Head of eCommerce
  • Panel Interview and a task with the Head of eCommerce, Head of Data, and wider stakeholders from the Analytics hub
