The Role:
As a Senior Commercial Insights Manager, you'll act as a consultant to the business, leading the full lifecycle of projects-from understanding business problems to delivering data-driven recommendations. You'll work closely with various teams across the business, mentoring junior analysts and representing the team in industry forecasting groups.
Key Projects Include:
- Analysisng customer preferences and build a data-driven business case for refurbishing long-distance trains.
- Assess strategies to reduce unauthorised travel and recommend cost-effective solutions, such as new ticket gate installations.
What You'll Bring:
- A strong academic background, ideally in a STEM field from a top university.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a consultancy mindset to tackle varied, fast-paced projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, with a willingness to learn SQL (training provided).
- Experience in rail, consultancy, or similar industries is a plus but not essential.
- A collaborative approach to mentoring junior analysts and working independently on complex tasks.
THE BENEFITS
