THE COMPANY
I have partnered with a well-renowned business in the Transport sector on a key Commercial Insights hire. As a Manager, you will act as a Consultant across all areas of the business, utilising your problem-solving and technical expertise to optimise processes and drive growth.
THE ROLE
The successful Commercial Insight Manager responsibilities will include:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, design robust analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Lead on assigned projects to drive commercial impact e.g. ticketing, routes
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, including quality assurance and professional presentation of work
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Commercial Insight Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- STEM degree from a top-tier university
- Prior experience in Consulting is advantageous but not essential
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Foundational SQL knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultancy mindset
- Exceptional communication skills to present insights professionally and clearly
- Ability to work autonomously and manage fast-paced, varied projects
