THE COMPANY:
The role is with an insights and research agency, well-known for how they help clients across the retail and FMCG space. Using data-driven insights to make a significant difference to their clients, this business is the driving force behind a variety of projects that you can get stuck into.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Client Insights Manager, you will be working on exciting projects, such as:
- Using technology and data to inform brand perception of clients
- Sharing brand guidance and insights into competitors
- Delivering brand strategies to clients on how they can improve and adapt to their market
- Taking client briefs to understand problems that you will endeavour to solve
- Executing research using quant and qual methods to then build a solution for the client
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
To be successful in the role, you will be expected to:
- Have experience of understanding data and using this to drive your insights
- Have an analytical mind for your data work, being data literate
- Excellent communication skills for data storytelling and liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Have previous experience in client management, brand work and insights
- Have specific experience in brand tracking, brand health, brand equity
- Have experience in research methodologies, quant/qual and surveys
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- £40,000 - £50,000 base salary
- Hybrid working - twice a week in the London office

About the Role
This role involves leading and managing data governance activities across the organization, with a focus on improving data quality and managing key information assets. The goal is to enhance the overall data and governance maturity of the company. The individual in this role will ensure adherence to the enterprise data governance framework, which covers data policies, standards, and practices, in order to achieve the necessary levels of consistency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
- Training and educating data stewards and owners on data governance and quality management practices through the governance framework.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings across business areas for onboarding, improvement, and raising the profile of data governance.
- Assisting in managing the data quality roadmap.
