About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Braze contractor to join our agency client on a fully remote basis. As a Braze expert, you will be responsible for optimising the client's marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration, and driving impactful campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of Braze, keen to work with a dynamic team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimise campaigns within Braze to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Implement data-driven strategies and ensure seamless integration with other marketing and data platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within Braze campaigns, from setup to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and meet business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Support clients with technical Braze queries and deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Braze as a marketing automation platform.
- Strong understanding of campaign design, segmentation, and targeting.
- Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and automation workflows in Braze.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimisation best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in a client-facing role, especially within an agency environment, is a plus.
