Location: London (2/3 days per week onsite)
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: £300-£350 per day (IR35 TBC)

My client is a pioneering, sustainability-focused company at the forefront of the food and agriculture industry. As they prepare for an exciting brand relaunch in early 2025, they are seeking an experienced Interim Brand Marketing Manager to help bring the vision to life.

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to lead the launch of an innovative consumer brand into the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Launch Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic brand launch plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Define clear KPIs to measure the success of the brand launch and optimise strategies accordingly.

Brand Identity & Positioning

  • Champion our brand's purpose, tone of voice, and visual identity to maintain consistency across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to develop standout brand assets, including packaging, advertising, and digital content.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Design and implement a multi-channel marketing campaign to support the launch, ensuring voice of the customer and brand is clear and consistent.

Product Launch Management

  • Oversee the rollout of new packaging, ensuring flawless execution in collaboration with sales, product development, and supply chain teams.

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, category, operations, and product development) to ensure a seamless brand introduction.

Market Research & Insights

  • Leverage market and consumer insights to shape the brand strategy and inform decision-making.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage the brand launch budget, allocating resources effectively for maximum impact.

  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to refine future marketing initiatives.

About You

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a mid-to-senior level consumer brand management role, ideally within the food or FMCG sector.

  • Hands-on experience launching new brands or products in the UK market.

  • Strong background in executing multi-channel marketing strategies.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track performance and refine strategies accordingly.
