About the Role:
A leading organisation is seeking an AI Researcher to join their R&D team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative AI technologies to enhance audio quality on embedded devices.

  • Optimise AI models for deployment on devices, focusing on latency, size, and quality improvements.

  • Design, implement, and demonstrate software modules that integrate AI models into embedded systems.

Requirements:

  • A doctoral-level qualification in Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in deploying and optimising AI models on embedded systems.

  • Expertise in AI techniques, including architecture development, training pipeline design, and data-set application.

  • Strong experience in sound enhancement or similar audio technologies.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, with experience in embedded Linux environments.

  • A track record of working on innovative AI projects, with a strong focus on quality and real-world applications.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with open-source AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow or TensorFlow Lite.

  • Familiarity with real-time systems and multi-threaded programming.

  • Knowledge of emerging AI techniques such as knowledge distillation or federated learning.
