We're working with a well-established, pure-play CRM and data-led marketing agency who partner with some of the UK's most recognisable consumer brands across entertainment, hospitality, retail and travel.

Following a recent acquisition by a global CRM group, the agency is entering an exciting growth phase and is investing heavily in its client services function. They're now looking for an Account Director (or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up) to join their Bristol

The Role

Reporting into a Senior Account Director, this role will take ownership of the day-to-day running of several high-profile accounts, acting as the main client contact while shaping strategy and overseeing delivery.

Accounts span a mix of:

  • BAU CRM programmes (creative and development-heavy)

  • Project-based CRM campaigns

  • Data strategy, lifecycle marketing and loyalty programmes

You'll be responsible for truly understanding client objectives, translating them into clear scopes of work, and confidently presenting recommendations and project plans back to senior stakeholders.

While a senior team member retains overall relationship ownership, you'll run the day-to-day, supported by delivery teams across creative, development and data. There will also be line management responsibilities, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day client relationships and delivery

  • Lead CRM and data-led campaign planning and execution

  • Scope projects and manage approvals with clients

  • Present strategy, timelines and creative solutions with confidence

  • Work closely with internal creative, tech and data teams

  • Support consultative CRM initiatives including loyalty and lifecycle programmes

  • Balance BAU work alongside fast-moving, short-term projects

About You

  • Currently an Account Director, or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up

  • Experience in CRM, digital, or data-led marketing (pure CRM not essential)

  • Background working with large, well-known brands

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment

  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing presence

  • Personable, proactive and commercially minded

Location & Package

  • Bristol (office is a short walk from Temple Meads)

  • Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office

  • Salary range: £42,000 - £55,000
