THE COMPANY

This company is working closely with biopharma companies to dedicate their data-driven work to reversing the course of rare diseases. Their innovative approaches are led by a team of entrepreneurs with teams composed of cross-functional digital marketing subject matter experts focused on industry-leading delivery.

THE ROLE

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all web analytics functions including requests from internal stakeholders and managing vendor relationships
  • Evolve web analytics and testing functions for clients producing accurate, actionable insight to internal and external clients to optimize campaigns.
  • Measure digital marketing tactics on business in order optimize spend & increase ROI
  • Develop Analytics Requirements documentation, unified KPI strategy, and benchmarking recommendations for external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and analyze automated reports across multiple data sources - this includes email, SMS, search, social, paid advertising, programmatic media, offline media, etc
  • Scale analytics and reporting processes, and deliverables to maximize actionable insights across the client portfolios and internal teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Digital Analytics Manager within this role will likely have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Experience in HealthCare and/ or pharmaceutical HealthCare Provider and Direct-to-Patient marketing experience with familiarity in governing PII, PHI and GDPR
  • Expertise in developing multi-channel digital marketing benchmarking specific to HealthCare and BioPharma
  • Background in B2B marketing (e.g., demand generation, multi-channel attribution, channel mix optimization, spend management, etc.)
  • Experience in data mining, quantitative analytics and presenting derived insights
  • Deep knowledge in tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL Server, SSIS, Qlik
  • Strong familiarity with media aggregators (SEMRush, Nexis, Factiva, Brandwatch, Netbase)
  • Demonstrated experience designing reports in business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Domo, Looker, Power BI, etc.)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Certification in Google Analytics
