THE COMPANY
This company is working closely with biopharma companies to dedicate their data-driven work to reversing the course of rare diseases. Their innovative approaches are led by a team of entrepreneurs with teams composed of cross-functional digital marketing subject matter experts focused on industry-leading delivery.
THE ROLE
- Serve as primary point of contact for all web analytics functions including requests from internal stakeholders and managing vendor relationships
- Evolve web analytics and testing functions for clients producing accurate, actionable insight to internal and external clients to optimize campaigns.
- Measure digital marketing tactics on business in order optimize spend & increase ROI
- Develop Analytics Requirements documentation, unified KPI strategy, and benchmarking recommendations for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create and analyze automated reports across multiple data sources - this includes email, SMS, search, social, paid advertising, programmatic media, offline media, etc
- Scale analytics and reporting processes, and deliverables to maximize actionable insights across the client portfolios and internal teams
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Digital Analytics Manager within this role will likely have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing analytics
- Experience in HealthCare and/ or pharmaceutical HealthCare Provider and Direct-to-Patient marketing experience with familiarity in governing PII, PHI and GDPR
- Expertise in developing multi-channel digital marketing benchmarking specific to HealthCare and BioPharma
- Background in B2B marketing (e.g., demand generation, multi-channel attribution, channel mix optimization, spend management, etc.)
- Experience in data mining, quantitative analytics and presenting derived insights
- Deep knowledge in tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL Server, SSIS, Qlik
- Strong familiarity with media aggregators (SEMRush, Nexis, Factiva, Brandwatch, Netbase)
- Demonstrated experience designing reports in business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Domo, Looker, Power BI, etc.)

An innovative, top-tier CPG & eCommerce company is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics to successfully lead A/B testing, website analytics, and campaign performance analysis to meet business growth in the Greater New York City area.
THE ROLE:
As Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics, you will be the Digital Analytics Lead for all A/B testing and web analytics on the company’s website & eCommerce partners to generate critical insights that enable senior leadership, thus driving digital optimization & business growth. You will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing substantial website data using SQL and Google Analytics
- Designing & executing A/B tests and analyzing/interpreting results; performing website tracking
- Developing & conducting promotional analyses, forecasts, etc. using scripting tools such as Python and/or R
- Building dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Tableau); training, mentoring & coaching junior teammates
YOUR SKILLS:
- Progressive commercial digital/marketing/web analytics experience in media, eCommerce, tech, etc.
- Proficient in gathering, cleansing & analyzing website data in Google Analytics (i.e., GA360, GA4)
- Familiar w/ digital data platforms & tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce)
- Strong proficiency in core advanced analytics data mining & scripting tools such as Python, R, and SQL
- Proficient in building customized dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Proven commercial experience designing, executing, and analyzing statistical tests (i.e., A/B)
- Strong knowledge of media channels & concepts (i.e., Display, Paid Search, SEM, SEO, Social)
- Proven commercial experience extracting insights from web data (i.e., clickstream, website traffic)
- Well-versed in advanced analytics techniques (i.e., LTV, trend analysis, user journey analysis)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally w/ technical & non-technical teams; presenting to leaders
- Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, or related field; M.B.A. or M.S. preferred
BENEFITS:
As Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics, you can make up to a $160,000 base salary (depending on experience).
