Digital Analytics Manager

Fully Remote

3-Month Contract-to-Hire

$60-$80/hour

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for an exclusive health care tech and services company. This company provides data-driven innovation to their Biopharma partners to transform the world of rare and speciality diseases.

As the Analytics Management Lead, you will work with the Head of Digital to manage analysts and lead analyses that inform decisions around acquisition (paid/organic/offline), engagement (website/email), conversion (landing pages/forms), retention (customer journey), and product optimization strategies for our clients' and our own digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities Include:

  • You will serve as primary point of contact for anything related to web analytics - includes fielding requests from internal stakeholders for ad hoc analysis or reporting as well as managing vendor relationships related to web analytics tools & tag management.
  • Develop automation and scheduled reports to improve the digital team's efficiency for time-intensive tasks.
  • Evolve web analytics and testing functions for clients producing accurate, actionable insight to internal and external clients to optimize campaigns.
  • Understand how various digital marketing tactics impact key business metrics & funnel performance in order optimize spend & increase ROI
  • Develop Analytics Requirements documentation, unified KPI strategy, and benchmarking recommendations for external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather insights and create automated reports across multiple data sources - this includes email, SMS, search, social, paid advertising, programmatic media, offline media, and other areas as needed.
  • Optimize Studio's data assets and toolsets to improve the quality, comprehensiveness, and accessibility of the data
  • Certify all test design/measurement (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, design of experiment, sample size/power calculations)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have 5+ years' experience in digital marketing analytics.
  • Expertise in developing multi-channel digital marketing benchmarking specific to HealthCare and BioPharma
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing (e.g., demand generation, multi-channel attribution, channel mix optimization, spend management, etc.)
  • Experience in data mining, quantitative analytics and experience in interpreting and presenting derived insights.
  • Expert knowledge in tools such as using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, Looker or other relevant software packages is required. Google Certification in Analytics preferred.
  • Experience with social listening leveraging boolean search techniques and analytics tools plus strong familiarity with media aggregators (SEMRush, Nexis, Factiva, Brandwatch, Netbase)
  • Demonstrated experience designing reports in business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Domo, Looker, etc.)
