Looking to use your web analytics skills to really make a difference as a Digital Analyst? You'll be diving right in and completely hands-on to help improve the website of traffic to this major telecommunications company.
THE COMPANY
This company is going through a major digital transformation, and as one of the fastest growing networks in the UK, they're looking to continue the pace of growth by expanding the team with passionate and highly skilled individuals.
THE ROLE
You'll be joining an ever-growing team of analysts to measure the effect of changes within customer journeys on the digital side of the business. You'll provide analysis, and recommendations and report your findings to help shift strategic direction.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Must have:
- Experience in web analysis, specifically Adobe or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Tableau or Adobe for dashboarding
- Coding skills in either R, Python or SQL
Advantageous:
- A/B testing
- bigQuery or Snowflake

The Role
You will be looking at the website to look at the customer funnel, bounce rate, and conversion rates and then analyzing the data back in a meaningful and insightful way to senior-level stakeholders within the business. While there is no line management initially there is definitely great room for progression and growth in the company.
To do this you will be provided with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and SQL to go about your daily business.

THE COMPANY
Market-leaders in the telecoms space are seeking a Digital Analyst to join their Business & Trading team, reporting into a newly appointed Digital Analytics Manager.
THE ROLE
As the Digital Analyst, you will help to inform strategy, provide insight, and identify opportunities across a vast digital estate. You will analyse and optimize CX using the Adobe stack (which has recently been re-platformed), working with cross-functional teams including sales, trading & product. The recent re-platform has driven the business to be more self-serving and self-sufficient from a data capability perspective, enabling the analytics teams to focus on cross-platform personalization and the successful candidate will focus on bringing together digital with customer/marketing data sets, so SQL/bigQuery (at least at a basic level) is highly advantageous. There is a chance to do more on the testing side with Adobe Target/similar, but it’s not essential. You will be a driven self-starter who will be pro-active and not afraid to bring ideas to the table.
