A leading Digital Marketing Consulting firm have recently expanded their Digital Analytics capability and are now recruiting for a Digital Analyst to take ownership over client relationships, end-to-end Marketing Campaign Analytics projects, and gaining invaluable skills from working with industry professionals.
Company
The company is a UK based Marketing Consultancy that offer end-to-end support on a clients Marketing campaign. Despite working with industry leaders on projects that result in high revenue turnover for their clients, the atmosphere is calm and not at all corporate. It is divided between Data Science, Business Intelligence, Marketing and Digital Analytics, with this role sitting within the Marketing Technology team. The clients that they work with range from huge companies leading their industry sector, to new up and coming brands that need support on their Digital Marketing capabilities.
Role
The day-to-day of the role focuses around staying with one client for the entirety of a project, and then moving across to another client, and repeating this process throughout the year. You will be owning the end-to-end Marketing Analytics projects for the firm's clients, and balancing being the main point of contact for clients on their day-to-day needs, whilst also actioning the project and using your expertise within Digital Analytics to work on the project.
Skills
- Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics experience
- Experience within a 'Web Analytics' position
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will get £40,000 - £50,000. Flexible working is also an option.

They are also looking to move their downstream data-pipeline to server-side. THE ROLE
The main scope of your function will be to work on the re-platforming and re-building of the customer journey across websites and apps through your tagging and tracking toolsets. You’ll work on the tagging and tracking capabilities using Tag Management Systems in conjunction with JavaScript to set up digital tags, create variables and triggers, and implement them across data layers. As a result of this, there’s a huge amount of customer journey data to have the opportunity to work with.
In summary you’ll be working on:
- Data collection and implementation
- Analytics implementation
- Expanding the scope and remit of data collection as well as migrating data pipelines to server-side
- Control and work with 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be a successful applicant, you should have:
- 3-5 years of implementation experience using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten or another tagging tool
- Experience with JavaScript within tagging implementation
- Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders

Role
Sitting within the wider Marketing Team, the main premise of the role is to provide key Business Insight and Analysis across the Digital Real Estate to the wider business, so it can be used to drive the Data lead business decisions. You would be sitting alongside both an Implementation and a CRO Specialist for support, with your main focus across Reporting and Insight
