This Data Insight Analyst role is a combination of statistical analytics with machine learning techniques. The Data Insight Analyst will provide strategy and insight into the end client's data capabilities and will have the opportunity to operate within the Public Sector. This project has a 2-year plan, meaning the Data Insight Analyst could be a part of its entirety

They now provide a virtual bench, supplying their highly renowned clients with experienced Data & Analytics specialists. As a contractor, you will become part of this and will represent this company to one of their end clients. THE ROLE

The Data Insight Analyst will be responsible for understanding the end client's HR data and providing insight as to what this data can provide for the company. This will specifically involve:

• Writing SQL queries to understand and map out reports.
• Further analysis of the data pulled using Python.
• Front end representations of the findings using AWS Quicksight.
• Liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting needs within the HR department, then automating these reports.
• Ad-hoc projects, including data cleanses and further analysis.
• Making sure all products developed adhere to existing rules and standards within the business.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

As a Data Insight Analyst you will be required to have the following experience:

• As you will be working with a government body, a valid Security Clearance (BPSS) is ESSENTIAL. This is so you can start immediately.
• Extensive experience using Python.
• Extensive experience using SQL to query databases.
• Commercial experience working with/implementing data science techniques.
• Highly communicative and the ability to positively represent the company.
• Experience working in an agile environment

THE BENEFITS:

As a Data Insight Analyst you will receive between £400-£500 per day over an initial 3-month period. As well as the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and exciting projects.
