I am currently working with a scientific research company who ate the forefront of scientific breakthroughs in supporting patients and healthcare systems.
The Role:
They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their established data team to work alongside the lab team as well as report on general business requirements. This role will be a mix of clinical data management as well as business reporting.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate data between clinical, laboratory and data teams
- Create dashboards and visualisations to for KPI reporting to stakeholders at all levels of technical knowledge
- Provide data support for laboratory experiment designs and for sample selection
- Design, establish and apply quality controls to validate incoming data
- Handle ad hoc requests from the laboratory and clinical teams
- Assisting with implementing new organisational data infrastructures
- Clean and validate clinical trial data and query unexpected entries with clinical team.
- Provide data management support for clinical trial initiation and close out.
Skills & Experience
To qualify for this Data Analyst role, you will require:
- Strong understanding of Tableau and/or Power BI
- Skills across data wrangling with SQL
- Python (Pandas, NumPy)/R or equivalent programming language for data processing
- Strong stakeholder management and experience
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent technical degree or equivalent experience
Perks & Benefits:
· Base salary of up to £45,000

THE ROLE:
- Maintaining the AWS Based Platform.
- Leading and guiding a talented team of Platform engineers.
- Implementing best coding practises and assisting with coding when needed.
- Working directly within Devops Engineers to build and maintain pipelines.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPEREINCES
- A good understanding of cloud architecture ideally within AWS
- Experience in using Devops tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes or Docker
- An appreciation of coding best practices e.g CI/CD
- Knowledge of Programming in Python or SQL
