An opportunity for a Data Analyst has opened up at a state-owned savings bank, with a focus on internal relationship management and campaign analysis.
The Company
The bank is backed by HM Treasury and has almost 25 million customers with over £200 billion invested, it offers a wide range of savings and investment products. The role sits in the Business Insights team within the finance department, the team acts like an internal consultancy for areas that are data-driven, such as marketing and brand.
The role will see you engaging and working closely with stakeholders across the whole business to provide insights regarding their requirements, as well as providing pre-campaign analysis to guide targeting and findings to recommend to key stakeholders.
The role and responsibilities
- Helping build data models
- Regular reporting
- Supporting marketing, product management, risk, and customer teams
Your skills and experience
- Experience with Tableau, R, and SAS
- Stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of predictive modelling, segmentation, and other statistical analysis
