This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving eCommerce company. You will assist in expanding the business's analytics capability, providing insights into millions of customers, and informing key business decisions - all while gaining exposure to dozens of well-known brands and retailers.

THE COMPANY

As market leaders in their field, this innovative company has accumulated vast amounts of high-quality data from customers. They are therefore hiring two Data Analysts to help incorporate customer insights into two of the business's key areas. As both areas have well-established and collaborative structures, this is a perfect opportunity for an independent-minded Analyst looking to make an impact.

THE ROLE

In both positions, the main responsibilities of a Data Analyst will include:

• Taking briefs from internal and external stakeholders, and presenting insights back to them using dashboards and other data visualisation methods
• Analysing large datasets and identifying key trends and patterns among customers
• Providing proactive and actionable insights based on the outcomes of key reporting metrics (such as customer churn)
• Collaborating with all areas of the business, and advising them on how best to utilise customer insights and maintain a data-centric approach

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Data Analyst will have:

• Been educated to degree level or higher in a STEM subject
• Experience of using SQL in a commercial setting
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proven experience of presenting and forming working relationships with senior stakeholders
