This global construction company stretches over 70 countries with 19,000 employees. This company is not a new name to construction however keen to stay on the cutting-edge front of tech and analysis. Their data team is spread across the UK with their remote first working however they conduct multiple trips abroad a year to bring all their analytical minds together to brainstorm the next steps of the business, the most recent trip being in Barcelona.
They are keen to use tech to help tackle sustainability and climate change as well as get the best possible experience for their customers.
And they have big plans to continue this in the future.
The Role
- This role will be perfect for an experienced CX analyst, you will be looking into CX data and NPS to find out what drives this and the customer behaviour.
- You will be using your presentation skills to share your insight collected from the data to wider stakeholders up to C-Level.
- You will be handling large quantities of data from a range of different sources. You will become immersed in CRM data and Customer Data. Analysing data from salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and others.
Day-to-Day
- You will be working on what drives customer feedback, what motivates them, and the reason for their score. The providing insight on this.
- Further down the line when the team grows there will be scope to develop Python and use predictive analytics and ML to conduct further analysis into the customer's behaviour.
Skills
In this role, you will be required to be skilled in,
- SQL
- Python is nice to have
- Presenting and stakeholder management
- Experience with CX data
