THE ROLE

As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will sit in an intimate but growing Analytics team within the company's well-established Marketing department. Together you will help the company deepen their understanding of 'the customer'.

The position provides a good all-round introduction to marketing and CRM analytics. More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Analysing how customers interact with current marketing communications, including direct mail, E-mail, social media, in-App notifications and more
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the Marketing department to help create targeted campaigns
• Help to increase automation within reporting
• Analysing customer Churn, LTV and average order frequency
• Presenting insights to the rest of the marketing team, and other internal stakeholders, in an engaging and effective way

YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree, ideally in a STEM subject
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL (with exposure to Python or R being desirable)
• Experience of dealing with large, diverse datasets - preferably in a commercial setting
• Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
