THE ROLE
The role will typically involve:
- Looking at Customer Experience data and NPS
- Communicating with stakeholders to make actionable insights
- Work closely with the head of department whilst providing weekly and monthly reports
- Help support roadmaps throughout the business
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need:
- At least 4 years' experience in CX analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Any data visualisation

THE COMPANY:

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?
In this role, you will be joining the Optimisation team as well as reporting to the Technical Lead. You will get to work on:
- Optimising the booking engines on the website specifically for shorter term breaks
- Creating and rolling out the product roadmap for making improvements or rolling out new features and products
- Optimising the website to offer best user experience as well as convert more visitors to guests
- Improving pricing models alongside the Pricing team
- Conducting a/b tests to optimise performance and development of features
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- Previous experience across product management, product development, or technical project management
- Previously worked on a website as a product, or be a website wizard!
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Worked on product roadmapping and optimisation
- Tech: preferably used Google Analytics and an a/b testing tool
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Base salary of £45,000
- Bonus
- Remote working from the UK – you can head to the London HQ if you wish, or the usual requirement would be once a quarter

As a Digital Product Manager your focus will be to develop and build solutions that do more than just solve business problems, specifically you will have to:

- Be very active with senior stakeholders, providing roadmaps that meet ambitious targets and helping to proactive seek out solutions to growing problems!

- Experience working within product, leading on different projects and prioritising teams
- Commercial experience and understanding of product development
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
