A unique opportunity to join this leading construction company that's championing sustainability, paving the way for a better future, and using data to drive what they do! Their CX program is essential for them to make a positive difference to their customers.
THE COMPANY
This is a global construction business that is now using new technology to change and transform the industry they work in, combatting climate change and having sustainability as a top priority. They have different business pillars and big plans to fully digitalise their business, so with a growing analytics team, it's all about using insight to drive new changes!
WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?
Coming in and joining the Digital team, you can expect to work alongside a variety of team members while reporting to the Senior Analyst in the team. Your role will involve:
- Analysing complex customer data sets from different sources, understanding things like demographics for segmentation, behaviour and trend analysis
- Focus on the CX program, which covers a variety of businesses within the group
- Looking at customer experience data, NPS scores and understand the drivers behind these
- Digging deep into this data to find and then share actionable insight and recommendations with stakeholders
- Conducting driver analysis to find what is driving customers and their feedback, what are their motivations, their reasons for their scores.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
Essential:
- An experienced insight analyst who can hit the ground running, having previously worked within customer analytics and with customer experience data
- Experience working across survey analysis and NPS data of customer feedback
- Statistical knowledge for handling and/or modelling different data sources across customer, CX, CRM and finance
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders across the group, potentially even up to C-suite.
Desirable:
- Experience working with Python/R so that when the business is ready to get into more advanced analytics and statistical modeling, you can be the go-to person for this knowledge and skillset, and take ownership of this trajectory
- Excellent analytical skills with SQL for data work, able to code and manipulate complex customer data sets
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Salary up to £50,000 DOE + benefits
- Flexible hybrid working - this is a remote first role. Your manager will be based in Liverpool and the wider team is dotted across the North of England, so a presence here is desirable. The two main meeting hubs for the whole team are in North Wales and Ireland, but this is every 4-6 weeks and is expensed.
- A supportive team environment, heading onto courses together to continue your learning and development
- Future progression and a company that encourages promotion and internal movement! They love to see their staff grow and reach new heights.
