This CRO Developer position will give you the opportunity to own the end-to-end CRO function for an international Digital Experience Consultancy looking to grow out its UK team.
THE COMPANY:
The company you will be working for is a leading specialist digital analytics consultancy that works with clients and internal teams to execute high-standard web analytics and optimisation. This team in particular specialises in the Adobe stack.
THE ROLE:
As a CRO Developer you will be part of the optimisation team looking at a variety of well-known brands across multiple sectors and will need to:
- Be a primary point of contact.
- Be confident in building A/B tests
- Experienced in Adobe Recommendations
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful CRO Developer will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven commercial experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Commercial experience in building A/B testing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £60,000. On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.

- Looking for a candidate with experience in product management.
- Experience with website builds and A/B testing is desired.
- Previous work in the holiday or leisure industry would be nice to have.
- Skilled in Google Analytics.
