They work to pioneer new direct marketing strategies for their clients and work in both strategic and technical terms. As a CRM Manager, you will be acting in both technical and strategic capacities alongside a particular client in retail.
This CRM Consultancy has worked with some of the largest players in Retail, eCommerce, and Travel as well as working with other high-growth and niche clients. This company prides itself on being A-Z consultants working on a project from seed to sapling and covers both Audit, Technical and Strategic road-mapping, roll out, and then optimisation.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
