A fast-growing, independent agency are looking to develop their campaign offering further and invest hugely into their CRM and Customer Value Management capability. If you have experience providing analytical support within CRM or Campaign Management and are looking to step up to help lead a capability then read more below!

CRM Analyst - the Role

  • You will own the analytics for customer journey, customer value and campaigns, building the capability out
  • You'll work on CRM activities to improve the targeting and success of marketing activity
  • You'll play a strategic role in suggesting effective marketing strategies and content

CRM Analyst - your Skills

  • You will have a strong grasp of campaign and data management
  • You will have experience working with large amounts of customer, CRM or Campaign data
  • You will have a strong understanding of CRM and customer value strategy and appropriate techniques
