The company

Harnham has been retained on the search for a AI/Machine Learning Engineer for an exciting company based in Copenhagen. The company is producing disruptive technology and is seeking to further advance their analytics function by adding a talented Machine Learning Engineer.

The role

You will be working closely with the backend big data team in developing robust, scalable algorithms for machine learning. You will improve the performance of the product by:

• Develop recommendation systems through
  • Classifying parameters of the user and the items for algorithms
  • Defining outcomes based on selected parameters
• Develop content based algorithms as well as collaborative filtering algorithms
• Evaluate precision of custom engines
• Consult on appropriate implementation of algorithms in practice

Your qualifications

You will have:

• Minimum 2 years commercial experience of developing scalable algorithms
• PhD or MSc in relevant field (Computer Science, Machine Learning etc)
• Expert user of programming language with machine learning packages (Tensorflow, Theano, Caffe, Scipy, Numpy, Scikitlearn etc.)
• Experience with big data systems (Hive, Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
