Senior Conversion & UX Specialist

Location: Rotterdam, hybrid

Salary: €3000 to €5000 per month, with an 8% holiday allowance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrated seniority and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in reporting and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data.
• Proven track record in website optimization and understanding of UX principles.
• Native German, fluent in English.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct website upgrades through testing and optimization strategies.
• Utilize tools such as Hotjar to understand customer behavior and preferences.
• Monitor website performance and stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to propose innovative strategies.
• Perform website audits and suggest improvements for client projects.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the third-party relationship in Dubai.
• Look at how they can better utilize the data they have access to in-house.
• Maximize their marketing spend, hold them accountable as a business, and look at how they can grow and scale digitally quickly and effectively.
• In addition to the agency in Dubai they also partner with a CRO agency in Germany, so you would also have ownership of this relationship.
• Long-term, they would be looking for the role to have ownership of the CRM function and marketing too.
• Looking for someone who is passionate, keen to drive change, and able to manage expectations but also have a huge impact on the scale-up of the business.

A revolutionary brand is dominating a once brick-in-mortar industry by utilising technology principles to enhance processes and is now recruiting for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to evangelise Software Engineering internally.

Company

An innovative floral company, established in 2013, disrupted the market with long-lasting letterbox flowers. They have recently acquired companies in Holland and Germany and now lead as the largest flower consumer.

Team

There are 8 people in the UK-based team for Software Engineering, focusing on Subscriptions. They cover the back end, front end, product management, and QA. You would be joining this team as a specialist, working across the full Software Engineering spectrum.

Role

This is a specialist position, where you would be 95% hands-on linking between the front-end and the back-end. You would be working mainly on Ruby on Rails for the back-end, and Angular and React for the front-end. Some recent projects you would be working on would be enhancing the subscription platform, looking at profitability, and expanding into various holidays.

Lead Data Engineer

Role Overview: As a seasoned Lead Data Engineer with over 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ data landscape. You’ll lead the development of robust data pipelines and design end-to-end solutions for sophisticated data products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and utilizing advanced techniques will be key in ensuring efficient organization and utilization of vast datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up cloud environments on platforms such as Azure, AWS, and DataBricks.
• Utilize data modeling techniques including Dimensional and Relational modeling, Data Vault.
• Expand our client base with both new and existing customers.
• Provide training and guidance to business consultants and junior developers in cloud technology application.
• Co-develop Cloud proposition.
• Build and maintain a relevant network with current and potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Strong coding skills with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
