The Role
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering a modern web instrumentation strategy as part of a wider analytics transformation. Working closely with Product, Martech and Engineering teams, you will ensure tracking is robust, consistent and trusted across multiple products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning data layer design, implementation and ongoing quality assurance across web and app platforms
- Implementing and maintaining tracking using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Web SDK and tag management tools
- Debugging and resolving complex tagging and data quality issues in legacy environments
- Partnering with Product and Marketing teams to ensure data supports attribution, experimentation and reporting
- Contributing to governance, documentation and best practice across instrumentation
- Supporting the roadmap toward server side tracking and broader data integration
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in web instrumentation and digital analytics
- Hands on expertise with Adobe Analytics, including Web SDK and tag management
- Strong JavaScript capability and experience designing and managing data layers
- Experience implementing and debugging marketing tags and pixels in complex environments
- Confidence working cross functionally with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Exposure to consent management, e commerce or large scale digital products is beneficial

A leading enterprise organisation is looking for a Senior GenAI Developer to join a customer-focused AI and data science team, helping to design, build and operate production-grade GenAI applications at scale.
This is not a proof-of-concept role. You will be responsible for delivering secure, resilient and scalable AI-enabled applications that consume standardised GenAI services, including LLMs, RAG, summarisation and extraction capabilities. You will work closely with GenAI Engineers, Platform Engineers, Product, Architecture and Business Delivery teams to turn business problems into robust AI-powered applications.
The role would suit a strong software engineer with hands-on experience building cloud-native applications, embedding AI capabilities into production systems, and taking ownership across the full delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
* Design, build and maintain AI-enabled applications using enterprise GenAI services
* Develop production-grade microservices and/or full-stack applications
* Integrate LLM, RAG, summarisation and extraction services into secure, scalable applications
* Own end-to-end delivery, including development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring and incident resolution
* Build API-led, cloud-native solutions with strong engineering standards
* Implement observability, logging, metrics and alerting for live production workloads
* Work closely with product, platform, architecture and business teams to deliver high-impact AI applications
* Ensure applications meet non-functional requirements around security, scalability, resiliency, performance and cost
Essential skills:
* Strong software engineering background with experience delivering complex distributed systems
* Proven experience building and deploying production-grade applications that embed AI capabilities
* Strong Python experience
* Experience with LangGraph, Strands and DeepEval
* Strong AWS experience, ideally including Lambda, Fargate/ECS, ECR, Bedrock, S3 and RDS/Postgres
* Experience integrating applications via APIs, including REST and async/event-driven patterns
* Docker and Kubernetes/EKS experience
* Experience operating applications in cloud environments
* Strong understanding of security, resiliency, scalability, performance and observability

The Role
- Partner closely with growth and marketing teams to support performance analysis and commercial decision making
- Analyse marketing spend across digital channels including paid social and search, assessing efficiency and ROI
- Own attribution analysis to understand where customer applications originate, including multi touch attribution models
- Optimise end to end customer funnels, identifying drop offs and conversion opportunities
- Analyse complex customer journeys across financial products and recommend alternative pathways for rejected users
- Build models to answer commercial questions such as incrementality, uplift and new channel effectiveness
- Apply statistical techniques to support experimentation, testing and investment decisions
