UP TO £45,000
REMOTE - OCCASIONAL OFFICE DAYS IN NOTTINGHAM

You must be a UK resident and hold full right to work in the UK to apply.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

A fast-growing UK financial services provider specialising in short-term lending solutions for customers who need quick and affordable support - for example, covering car repairs, household emergencies, or unexpected costs.

Recently acquired by a major financial group, the business is now entering an exciting growth phase, with ambitious plans to expand its UK presence and product portfolio over the next few years. With loan volumes set to triple in the coming year, this is a great time to join and help shape the future of a scaling data-driven organisation.

THE TEAM

You'll be joining the Marketing & Pricing team, reporting into the Marketing and Pricing Manager. This small but impactful team drives much of the business's commercial performance, supporting lead generation, pricing decisions, and partnership management with third-party brokers.

The role offers significant ownership and variety. You'll have the freedom to shape your own projects while directly influencing key business outcomes in an expanding market.

THE ROLE

This is a broad and hands-on analytics position where you'll combine technical skill with commercial awareness. You'll work closely with the marketing and broking teams to optimise acquisition channels, inform pricing strategies, and support new product development initiatives such as the introduction of new credit lines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing lead generation and third-party broker performance data
  • Supporting pricing strategy and optimisation through data-driven insights
  • Running analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign and product performance
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs
  • Providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting business growth initiatives such as new product launches and channel expansion

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong experience in financial services or lending analytics
  • Confident using SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred; R also considered)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and reporting
  • Understanding of lead generation, broking, or third-party data is highly desirable
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement
  • Ability to manage projects independently and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences

WHY APPLY?

  • Opportunity to make the role your own and shape analytics within a growing business
  • Join a company backed by significant investment and ambitious growth plans
  • High visibility and influence across commercial, marketing, and product teams
  • Flexible, remote-first working, with occasional travel to Nottingham HQ
  • Be part of a business at a pivotal stage of expansion
